We cannot begin to express how pleased we are with our home theater.
From the beginning, Custom Home Theater,
and specifically Doug Van Arsdale,
was of tremendous help in the design
and installation of our home theater.
We
began with an unfinished basement in
a new home and ended up with a home
theater this both reminiscent of eras
gone by and reflective of our personal
tastes. Doug introduced us to their
designer, Lynne Cocallas,
who designed our theater and worked
closely with Doug in the realization
of our dream. Custom Home Theater readily met with our
construction team during each stage
of the process. They were instrumental
in the resolution of construction problems
and during the final days came up with
creative ideas that immediately translated
into the theater's completion. Equipment
problems were quickly resolved and
the fine-tuning of the sound and acoustics
was diligently accomplished. We especially
wish to commend Joe Massie (CHT's project
manager) for all of his hard work.
We would highly recommend Custom Home
Theater to anyone.
